Single/Multiple Rooms

Our booking system operates with a minimum stay of 2 nights for individual room reservations, applicable throughout the year except for July and August. 

Rates per night and per room are as follows:

• Single occupancy (standard rate): €40

• Double occupancy: €32 for 2nd person (20% off; total of €72)

• Triple occupancy (only Barcelona room): €64 for 2nd & 3rd person (20% off; total of €104)

If you book for more than 7 nights, a discount of 10% will be applied.

All listed prices for single/multiple rooms include cleaning fees. An additional fee of €10 per day (maximum €50) applies for pets.

Whole House (6 rooms, 12 persons)

Booking the entire house is also an option, requiring a minimum stay of 3 nights, available year-round.

Our pricing structure varies according to the seasons:

• Low Season (November to March): €210 per day

• Mid Season (April to June; September to October): €255 per day

• High Season (July to August): €295 per day

If you book for more than 7 nights, a discount of 10% will be applied.

A cleaning fee of €330 will be applied (cleaning of the house & the bedlinen) per stay.
